Bretz RV & Marine Confluence Giveaway Rules

All entries must be received by April 15, 2025, to participate. You must be 21 years old to enter; no purchase is necessary to participate. Bretz RV & Marine is giving away one (1) new KZ RV Confluence 17BH RV valued at up to $29,995 (“award” or “giveaway”). The odds of winning the RV are dependent upon the number of entries received and cannot be estimated. Employees, agents, owners, and affiliates of Bretz RV & Marine are not eligible to enter and only one entry is allowed per household. Anyone who has purchased a new or used Boat or RV in the last 5 years prior to Sept. 12 will automatically receive 5 entries into the giveaway. If you purchase a new or used Boat or RV during the dates of this contest, you will receive an additional 5 entries into the giveaway. If you’re a prior customer, you could have UP TO 11 entries. If you’re a new customer, you could have UP TO 6 entries. You can earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Boise Boat Show from Jan 23-26 at Expo Idaho. You can earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Flathead's Largest Indoor RV Show from Jan 31-Feb 9, 2025 at the Flathead County Fairgrounds. You can also earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Spokane Home & Garden Show from Mar 7-9, 2025 at the Spokane Convention Center. You can also earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Billings RV & Boat Show and Sale from Feb 26-Mar 2, 2025 at the MetraPark Expo Center. You can also earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Montana Outdoor Expo from Mar 21-23, 2025 at the Butte Civic Center. You can also earn 5 extra entries if you enter for the first time at the Billings RV & Boat Show and Sale from April 9-13 at the MetraPark Expo Center. The Spokane Home and Garden Show (March 7, 8 and 9) at the Spokane Convention Center had an error on their onsite signage regarding the giveaway. The signage stated the giveaway was for a Brinkley. The giveaway is for this new 2025 KZ Confluence 17BH.

Contestants may earn up to 9 more additional entries by following Bretz RV & Marine social media accounts through the Bretz RV & Marine Confluence Giveaway Gleam forms, including Bretz RV & Marine Billings’ Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine Missoula’s Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine Liberty Lake’s Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine Boise’s Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine Butte’s Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine Nampa’s Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine’s Main Facebook, Bretz RV & Marine’s Instagram, and Bretz RV & Marine’s Youtube.

One winner will be selected randomly from all entries and notified by our corporate offices on April 18, 2025. The RV must be picked up from the nearest local Bretz RV & Marine dealership to the winners home, within 30 days or the prize will be forfeited. Awards are non-transferrable. RVs may not be awarded or transferred to an individual other than the winner selected by our corporate offices. In addition, winners are not eligible to obtain the cash equivalent or any substitutions of the giveaway.

The acceptance of a giveaway may require you to pay federal, state, local, or other taxes and winners will be responsible for applicable taxes, registration, and other costs associated with accepting the award. Bretz RV & Marine cannot provide you with any tax or other financial advice concerning the promotion. Bretz RV & Marine is not obligated to ensure that you have the means or to provide assistance to winners in receiving their awards. All giveaways are governed by the laws of the state of Montana, without regard to conflict of law rules or doctrines. You agree, as a condition of participating in any giveaway that if any dispute arises out of your participation, the giveaway, or anything related to the giveaway, or if a cause of action relates to a giveaway, it will be individually resolved before a court having jurisdiction over Missoula County, Montana, without resorting to any form of class action. Any costs or expenses related to the award acceptance other than the award itself, and shipping, are your sole responsibility.
