Our salesperson, Todd Green, made sure we had everything we needed and introduced us to all the people who could help us with the RV. Tammy was great on our walk-through. She made sure everything worked and that we understood every part of our RV. Mike made filling out all the paperwork very easy and even gave us insurance quotes. Please allow me to tell you a little story. My wife, Judy and I, are acquainted and friends with our local RV Dealer where, a few years back we bough our first RV, a 1994 Sportsman.
Judy and I don't take long trips, just a run to a lake to do a little walleye fishing. A typical trip went like this: Hook the 5th Wheel to the 3/4 ton pickup, hook the boat to the 1/2 ton pickup, head off to the lake in separate outfits and burn lots of gas. The bottom line is that we got to thinking that a small Class C motor home would better meet our needs.
So I went to my RV Dealer and told them my plan. I wanted a small RV that would pull an aluminum boat and my price range would be no more than $7,000 and my 1994 Sportsman.
While visiting my mother-in-law at the nursing home in Missoula, my wife suggested we go look at that place off of Reserve Street where all the RV's are parked. We did. We visited with Rick (a nice guy) told him what we wanted and headed home. I would check in with Rick from time to time and he assured me that he would find us something.
Then Rick left and the next time I called I was given Chuck. (I'm sure this guy could sell Dolly Parton a padded bra.) The bottom line is, we are the proud owners of a $30,000 Class B from Bretz RV & Marine and we're happy as a couple of clams!
P.S. We were treated Great! Everyone made us feel at home. We both totally enjoyed our time spent with Tami and Phil. They were very helpful. Thanks for everything!

COOL FIX FROM BRETZ RV We were traveling to the FMCA convention in Redmond, Oregon, from Livingston, Montana. It was a hot, 97-degree Sunday morning and our refrigerator would not work, period. Later in the afternoon we pulled into Bretz RV & Marine in Missoula, Montana. By then it was 101 degrees outside. A salesman let us park along a fence and helped us get electricity, but no refrigerator repair. It was summer, we had no appointment, and there was a full service parking lot! On Monday morning our service writer, Shane Lane, was able to get the fridge serviced. It was a minor short in the electrical system on the kitchen slideout. After two hours in the morning, we were on the road again. Our many thanks to Shane and to Bretz RV for their service. If you’re in Missoula, give them a call.
